Reset error messages

I have to messages saying that a brake and parking light are out. I went to the dealership to get them cleared and they said they couldn't because I have aftermarket lights in. Is there any way of resetting them myself? Thanks

They reset themselves automatically when the error condition is cleared. I assume you must be using LED lights, the computer does not see them and thinks the light is out. There are ways to fool it though using resistors.

Yeah the stocks weren't led before didn't think of that thanks.
