Nice. I don't need those, being a leveled 2500 4x4.. but I do use them to do oil changes on other cars, like sister in laws Mustang. The plastic ones I have seem to slide..

yep they don't move. You can make them any height I guess. My next size up is 12" tall for exhaust work and oil change.
