So i discovered the uconnect update site and loaded up my vin..Seems there was a update so i d/l it..extracted it and shot it on a usb..
I go out to truck start it and plug in usb..So far so good..
Askes if i wanna upgrade the file,i click yes..It upgrades 100% and then goes blank for a few seconds and now the screen goes white while asking me to insert usb update..It fades to black and back to white sayin to installed usb update..
Called uconnect and seems Canadian and american are different some how(like what everrrr)...
Guy on the phone tells me to try the two button soft reset(2 of the 3 buttons between volume and channel search knobs)and nothin happens...Same screens keep fadeing in and out sayin same thing...
I get told to call canadian side tomorrow and or go to dealer.....So for now i pulled off the positive side of the battery to see if that does anything....
Other than that,any of you fellas have suggestions??
