Your phone makes all the difference. If its an Iphone you need wifi adapter if Im not mistaken, where android can use bluetooth.

I have one of the adapter you reference, there are many brands, inside they are identical. I can use these 10 dollar adapters to add sales codes to BMW's as well change options that never existed in the car. Regardless, they work, they connect fast, and its a tool that everyone should have.
