4th gen bumper

Anyone put a 4th gen bumper on a 3rd gen? I'm sure it's possible with access to the right tools, just want to see how it looks.

I have to say, I wanted to do this a years back, but found that it would not fit. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and going down the beltway I see a 3rd with a 4th bumper on the back. I couldn't get close enough to get a pic or a good look, but it shows that it can be done, what kind of modification is involved... who know's, but, IT CAN BE DONE.

I would imagine it can be done with the right modification, I always loved the look of the 4th gen bumpers on both 4th gens and 2nd gens just never saw one on a 3rd so I was curious

I've seen front bumper of 4th gen on 2nd gen, just not with 3rd gens, atleast yet lol

I'm that case, I would say measure the lower half of the grille. If the grille I'd the same width then it pretty likely it'll work.

They fit. Have a hell of a gap on mine cause it's pre facelift with smaller headlights

You like it? I can't decide lol. All had to do was knock out two upper inner lag bolts, and it bolted right to stock brackets with 6 19mm nuts

Hell yeah I do lol I have a 3rd gen with the 2 piece bumper the work Truck black ones that look like crap and I've been wanting to do this but I didn't want to do any kind of custom brackets or any extreme hacking up lol

I feel Ya! I was Rly surprised how easy it mounted up. If you want one pm me I can get bumpers at great cost
