I mounted mine behind the bumper. I don't have a video of them on my Ram yet, but the sound is the same as on my old ford ( Train Horn - YouTube ). I'll try to find pics, but I'm currently no where near the truck/

The mic was under the truck which is where the horns are lol
I'll try to get another video with the mic in front of the truck a bit farther away haha

That's what a train horn on a prius would sound like, LOL.

I'm not really sure
Without a leak it would last a pretty long time

Ive got a similar setup with the same size tank and itll last a good number of hunks/ bursts. I also have a leak at my solenoid that I havent fixed so I have to use em quickly lol

They aren't the prettiest anymore, I can't say I really try to clean them
They're up under the bed unseen, along with the solenoid
Haven't had a problem with them though

Just wish I could stop the leak, I've tried joint compound and Teflon tape and just keep chasing them

I know this thread is old but I figured i'd throw this out there... I did mine recently and tied it into the factory horn wiring. It works great and sounds off the key fob when you lock the truck or the "panic" goes off... it's really funny the looks you get at stores when you lock your truck lol.
