The basics of grille painting with DupliColor's Perfect Match series. A LOT of sanding is required for a high gloss, but a matte finish is very easy and cheap with adequate protection from their clear coat. Make sure a few thick coats of base are sprayed before clear.

This stuff is great! I used it on my vents, mirror caps, inside headlight bezels, and hood scoop. Really does match perfectly. After a few coats of clear, give it a quick wet sand with 2000 and polish to a high shine.
