I searched a little bit through the forums, but didn't see much other than throttle body DIY's and I've already cleaned that. Does anyone know of a good DIY for cleaning the intake manifold?

Seafoam? Unless you are removing the intake so you can srub by hand a good solvent it your only real option.
Be careful though, strong cleaners like Seafoam can loosen up too much. Its possible to develop leaks on older, high mileage engines.

You can also let loose carbon deposits which make their way down and block your oil pick up tube.. which is no good lol. If you really want to clean it, just take it off and clean it good.
