Weird. Yours look different than mine. Mine are just white from what I remember.

I used roscolux 3320 doubl blue instead of 74 night blue in hopes it would let more light through. It's 10% while 74 is like 7-8% I believe

Here it is. Brighter in pic than in real life,


All the leds I've used so far have been white. Any color can be used for 4x4. Ordered some for it , dunno if they'll work
