I bought a 1999 Ram 2500 5.9 and the wipers work on the top two speeds but the slower speeds don't work. Also when i push the washer fluid it sprays but the wipers don't automatically come on. When I switch the high beams on sometimes the wipers will come halfway up the windshield and stop. Any ideas?
