p300 not a simple answer 1996 dodge ram 1500 4x4

Truck has had this cod since i bought the damn thing here's a list of what I of what I've done so far

new tie rods
linkage
steerning stabalizer
spark plugs
wires
oil change
cap and rotor
o2 sensors
tranny flush
transmssion filter gasket
water pump
oil sensor
belt
new timing chain
timing chain gasket seal
plenum gasket
harmonic balancer
intake gaskets
valve cover gaskets
pitman arm
oil pump
oil reciever
new oil pan gaskets

I've done all this on my off time over the last couple weeks just got the engine back together today and bam CHECK ENGINE light P300 :(

Im going to check the catalytic converter and vacuum when I have more time

Since I've put it all back together it runs like a monster, any imput would be great

*** side note after I clear the code I can drive for MILES (30+) and the light wont come one its only after i turn the truck off then got to drive it again that it will turn up ( this happens everytime before and after the overhaul)

What Yoda said and I noticed you didn't have ignition coil listed in there. Any idea how old that thing is? They are easy to overlook when doing a tuneup.
