Vacuum disconnect delete need some help

Im ditching the vacuum disconnect was planning on using a 78 ford bronco inner axle shaft. What are you guys using?

Why not remove the actuator and come up with a way to engage it all the time? Weld the fork in place?

Why not just ditch the 2 peice shaft and put in a one piece shaft & a make a block off plate for where the actuator was?

More money more work for the same result is all.
But if that's the way you want to do it... I don't think the ford Dana uses the same side gear spline count and you'll have to find a conversion joint to re use your outer shaft.
Assuming the length is the same as well.

There both 30 spline and they both use the same 5-760 u joint and sorry im going to half ass it and weld the shafts together thats jusf asking for it. Plus a new inner shaft is $100 not real costly and you could even go to a JY and find one for a little cheaper.
