1994 B-350 Dodge high top van with 360/5.9. I welded in a new battery box to replace the rusted out one. I removed the battery and placed the all cables out of the way. Now no spark at the spark plug wires. I was using a old stick welder. I may have touched the hot cable going to the accessory's, not the hot cable to the starter, but I'm not sure because I had my helmet on and when I stopped welding, this cable had come loose and was close to where I was welding. Help, what expensive part did I burn out ?

I checked all the fuses with a test light, all of them were good.
