I am finally getting a garage! They are set to start construction on Monday, and its going to be 36' x 36' x 14' with an attic trusses for storage!
Here is a few pictures before and during the grading and tree removal. I will have to post some more pictures during the construction and when finished. Its going to be a pole barn type of garage. Cant wait to finally have a place to put my vehicles that is out of the weather and be able to work on them inside instead of laying in the driveway.

yeah, I did a frame off resto mod on a 78 CJ-5 outside in the dirt (had it painted in a shop), and also all the work on my charger was done outside at my house now, which included a transmission swap in Feb (that sucked bad). I am super excited to be able to have a nice place to work on stuff. Now I just need to find the time :)

Almost done...concrete was poured on Friday...2 guys did 19 yards and finished at ~ 10 pm, which was pretty amazing. Just waiting for the guys to come back now and put in the stairs to the attic...then electric and I need to plan on shelves and workbenches, etc, but I need to get some things in there to figure all that out. At least I can finally put my truck away!

That looks great. I have a similar building but I am adding a radiant heat source to my regular 3 car garage so I can work on a vehicle or other project during the winter. It is off of propane so won't cost much to run it as the garage is insulated, just no heat source. I'll only run it when I want to work out there as it stays around 45-50 when the the temps are in the teens. My other building is too big to heat except for a small work shop. You can add some insulating panels to the inside of your structure if you wanted.

There is that bubble wrap insulation in the roof, but that isn't much. Perhaps at some point I can insulate it...right now I don't even have the money to run electric to it. Building is right at $30K when its done with concrete and all.

Looking great I love the two tone. My dad has a shop and I can't wait to move to some land so I can have my own! 2 car garage and a shed doesn't cut it!

Nice setup. Can't wait until we get out of the city proper and I can build something like that.
