Key in ignition electrical noises

Think it's normal, if I have the key in acc position I can hear a lot of high pitched noise from outside.

I get it too Limey. All kinds of ticks and hisses and lights blink then everything shuts off. Almost seems like it's getting ready to start by turning off or readjusting the system
