I'm getting ready to put dual exhaust on my 06 1500, will the bumper from a 2014 1500 with the exhaust cutouts fit on my truck?

No. Not as is, it would require custom fab work. Someone was working on this look with a 3rd gen bumper. Sent you a PM.
