Just put new rear shocks on my 2003 1500 4X2 and still getting a clunking noise in the rear on road imperfections. The leaf springs appear ok including the bushings. Exhaust supports good, no apparent source. My question is, are there some sort of bushings between the main leaf members and the overload leaf? Any guidance for where to look is appreciated.

Check your bed mounts to the frame , some have had them loosen up.
Hope this helps !
