Store supply warehouse. $60 per 4x8 panel for the extra strength MDF. Lucky for me, they have a distro center in STL that stocks the panels so no shipping costs for me.

My next garage will have that. My current was supposed to be finished by last summer, but a deployment got in the way.

I hate unorganized!

Looks great!

very Nice ! I added a few panels of slotwall from Home depot, and bought some brackets etc. from there( not much variety) and a lot more from U-line. I think its a big improvement from pegboard, however many of the brackets still come out when I grab a tool. I'm thinking about double sticky tape or other non permanent securing method.
I also purchased black backing that goes in the slot portion, it adds some color.

where did you get your brackets etc?

I got all the supplies from store supply warehouse. The brackets are pretty cheap and come in a variety of finishes. I was going to go with brushed aluminum for the finish, but it was cheaper in white and I figured it would brighten it up, which it did. Put the white plastic inserts in too.

I was drunkinly searching the internet one night and found some fasteners that are supposed to help keep the slatwall pegs from moving. Of course I can't find them again lol. Looked like they just wedged in there on the hook into the slat.

I hear ya man, after a year of using my garage as a workshop and stepping over crap, plus not being able to find stuff, I said enough is enough!

Replaced my sharkfin antenna with a low profile one. Can finally squeeze into the garage. One inch of clearance front and back! Less than an inch up top!
