Switch 321 gears to ????

I have a 2015 ram 1500 with 14k miles . I have 321 gears. Looking to get more " get up and go" and a little better towing as I tow some heavy loads prob once a year. Any idea what the best gears are to get what Im looking for without going completely to the opposite end of the spectrum?? Also how much would I be looking to pay to have this swap done?

curious to see what the response is.. i also have 3:21 and i wonder the cost and if it is worth it

3.92s are your cheapest option but you can also get a 4.56 but I wouldn't recommend the 4.56s with the 8 speed unless you never plan to take it on the highway. Cost will depend on what you can get a 3.92 ZF front differential for since you can't just swap gears, you need to swap the whole diff. The rear is easy, that's about $500 in parts then installation.

Had 3.92's on '09 1500 and towed a 16' boat. Left wanting for more grunt. Just bought 2017 2500 Crewcab and specified the 4.10's. Noticably better.
