A moderator will probably give you a better answer, but I believe the moderators pick member's trucks from photo albums they've created. So you don't really "enter", your truck just has to get picked. And each month there's a theme they use. Like one month will be lifted trucks, one will be lowered trucks, stock trucks, etc...
If I'm wrong about any of that, someone correct me and I apologize lol but I'm fairly sure that's how it works.
