I asked my Daughter to video the road out front of the truck while I did a run with the Truck needlest to say she obviously had other things on her mind as she video taped the Dash board vent....Kinda Funny and sound not the best (BTW she is all grown up going on 23).

Alright guys here is my "little 4.7 that could"

my pride and joy. I have done all the work myself on this truck, a lot of wrench time, blood, and sweat have gone into it. no tears, just yet lol.

For starters i purchased an AirAid cold air intake kit. This was the begginning of it all!

Then next was a straight pipe exhaust by a local muffler shop. Then the TCI torque converter was installed and i ran into problems so i upgraded to an Edge racing torque converter soon after.

Next i removed the mechanical fan, this is where the blood came in lol

I purchased a superchips programmer and ran a 93 performance tune

Some drag radials and wheels for the track

I dressed up the engine real nice for a car show, i got 3rd place! not bad i beat out the vipers and corvettes there

Installed a 180 tstat for nitrous purposes

An ATI under drive pulley was stalled, i absolutely love it. I was the guinea pig for this part and everything fit ok.

I see a lot of hard work here. There are outstanding features on each of these trucks. It takes a high level of skill and determination to jump in and modify them.
Well done gentlemen.
I'll go with Danny's truck on this one, as I have watched his truck evolve to it's current state of build. That truck has been given much love as every detail has been researched and installed with meticulous care using only the best available parts. Good Luck!

Some amazing trucks/work thats for sure.

I am outa engine type pix so onto suspension. The truck has had a couple of lifts in it 3" 5" 7" and working on going bigger. She has also had a few different type's of tires on her, **** cepek FC-2, Cooper Stt, Goodyear mtr with K, and right now fierce attitude M/T.

These are out in the barn awaiting other parts to arrive to go along with them. 8" 2500 dsl coils, these will lift the truck up to 10"-12" in a 1500. Shown alongside a Sj 5" 1500 coil spring. A short-long arm set-up is in the works to go along with this lift.

7" parts just after install, new 7" Sj coils, new Bilstein 5100 shocks, new/used upper and lower control arms.

Did a u-bolt flip on the rear leaf-springs, u-bolts have been cut to the proper height, stacked set-up blocks have been replace with proper lift springs.

Just plan old ball-joint replacement work.

Goodyear mtr with K

Pix with a 3" lift.

Where it's at for now, 7" lift and 35's

Doing the famous fuel pump replacement.

Great pictures Danny, it warms my heart to see a 03 as nice as yours. I remember when you rebuilt the front suspension using all OEM shafts and components. It's making that extra effort to insure only the best parts are installed keeping the old ******* her toes that has most impressed me over the years. I'm a die hard street guy, but it's funny the trucks I most admire are 4x4's (with SRT hoods)

Folks need to take note that a few of these big trucks can really step out from a light, lol

There has been some major hrs put into these trucks all very nice, labour of love.

I am down to just posting factory special opt's, some one offs for a 96. For newer gen truck owners some of this stuff is now just commun equipment but back in 96 this was a loaded 2nd gen truck.

All Org paint and panels, both front fenders will need replacing soon.
All power opt
Mopar keyless entry
Mopar wood grain dash kit
Mopar running boards
Mopar power sunroof
Mopar mech oil and air/fuel gauges
1999 Sport headlights
Accel gauge pod
Kenwood head unit
Infinity sound system (factory)
Bushwacker fender flares, 2013

Full leather interior.

Rear leather seat.

Leather arm rests, I have yet to see another 2nd gen with these in leather.

99 Sport quad bulb headlights.

Mopar molded running boards.

Multi position power sliding sunroof, there are a few 2nd gens out there with these.
