Thought I'd share a pic of the latest project

Granite template being done on Thursday and stone veneer sitting in the garage.

Didn't bother w/ a backsplash due to the additional costs & there is a panel on the other side of the corner of the house for a hot tub that a can tap into and bring an outlet around the corner and place on the side of the house next to the countertop.

Granite installed today... Having issues with the discontinued stone veneer getting delivered undamaged.

Someone humor me and comment or I'm asking the mods to move this to a more active thread lol

Hahaha, sucks on a Friday....

I'm thinking airstone birch bluff... From Lowe's... But I'm thinking it may be too light now... airstone looks like good stuff, but the pictures aren't realistic. I looked at the spring creek, and it was all dark gray... Looked at the autumn mountain and it was all orange/yellow. I've got a lot of tans and browns in the rest of the patio, so don't think the lighter color will be right. Problem is that this stuff is easier to install and doesn't require late and scratch coat. Lathe and scratch coat isn't an option now ilsince the granite is installed and I measured an inch for veneer. I'm 100% open to suggestions on veneer since I'm going to have to have the buyer direct drop ship to avoid damage.

Got the probes in since it's a new grill and gonna do indirect heat then end with a reverse sear on the ceramic burner/searer. Wish me luck fellas!
