Here was my process:

Take order.
Get badges.
Hand badges to my paint huffin' painter.
impatiently wait.
special delivery tonight
post pics.

We use all automotive paints, same stuff you'd use on your truck to paint the doors, hood, etc. All 2 stage paint, base / clear. Dupont paints shot from a paint gun, no canned goods here. :Nonono:

plenty of people use rattle cans. We don't. Not really a personal preference thing, but using products that we know and trust. A spray gun will give consistent results, where a spray can may not.

Wish I knew that before I started the 200.00 process with Billet Badges. I could of gone with some colors over custom. :insane:

its not hard.

Front is cake, couple of clips.

Back, there is some 3M tape on that. Take some fishing line and saw it off.
