With the cold weather I noticed both my headlights and fog lights get condensation in them when the lights are on. I was wondering if anybody else is having these issues or is there something I can do. Thanks.

I also have some condensation in my headlights and more in my fogs. The fog lights have condensation when on but disappears when off. my headlights it comes and goes. From what I understand, the HID projectors don't have the heat of a holagen thus harder to burn off the wet. If I run the DLR, it will create it. The only meaningful solution I've found on the interweb is silicone packs. I just haven't tried them yet.

Silicone packs would work. I keep a box of charcoal in my truck bed and cab in the winter to keep the moisture out. The charcoal absorbs moisture just like the silicone packs would. You could take them out in the summer
Good luck.

How big and what type of container do you put the charcoal inside? Also, where do you place it inside your cab?

Honestly. I found 2 boxes at work with lids. One that holds paper for photocopiers. I slit some holes in them and dumped half a bag of charcoal in each. Wintertime here is always full of snow and sun makes lots of condensation in vehicles from the snow melting and moisture rising. It gets trapped in your vehicle and van make it smell and rot.

Basically I sit the box under the seat in the back, or the floor of the truck in the back. You wouldn't believe the difference it makes, it sucks up smells and keeps your interior dry. Works in old basements too.

The only time I see a little fogging in the lower part of my lamp
...when temps drop to -30º and I pull my frozen Ram into a warm humid car wash.

After I get it dried off and parked outside it takes my defroster several minutes to clear all the windows,
and a small hairdryer once I get home to clear the headlights.
