There's a great video in the DIY section on how to do this... after i watched it, went right outside and did it myself.

I spent 4 to 5 hours this weekend pulling off the badges, clay bar, machine polish then machine wax. Very happy with the results!

3M Stripe off wheel attachment for a cordless drill works great and gets the adhesive for the badges off much easier than all the peeling and goo gone. A stripe off wheel isn't cheap at something like $35 but I figured I'll have new cars down the road and it'll come in handy.

Ghosting should be gone after waxing. Waxed my truck with Nu Finish this spring and the ghost lettering from my badges is gone.

I've heard that some badges are also held on with a pin, does anyone know which ones those are? I'd hate to try and take one of those off...

The large ram on the tailgate has 2 pins in it. The one on the grill has plastic tabs that snap into place.

I Debadged my 2014 the day I bought it new over 3 yrs ago. I used a little heat from a heat gun and a plastic bond knife to pry off the letters. I removed the rest of the adhesive with an eraser wheel and 3m adhesive remover. I followed it up with a good clay, polish, and wax.

here is a tip after you have the badge off and the major amount of the backing tape use Gorilla brand duct tape to remove the left over tape residue , I then use a metal and paint prep to clean the area

1. Hair dryer/floss

2. heat, microfiber, goo gone and/or heavy duty degreaser

3. Elbow grease, once adhesive is gone, claybar, polish, wax

4. Looks like nothing was ever there

This. To remove the adhesive I found that Carpro Tar-x works excellent even though its typically used as a bug/tar remover (which it is great at as well).

I use a heat gun and fishing line. After the glue is removed, clay bar and polish if desired.
