So my first attempt at installing my coil spacers was a failure. Didn't think about it at the time but I should have put the coil compressors on before lowering the lower control arm instead of after lowering the arm. Took me a while to realize where I went wrong. My buddy needed his compressors back to help out one of his friends. Due to the lack of space on the 2wd trucks, should I use an inside the coil compressor? Also, any recommendations? I want to have this done in the next few weeks. Need to buy a new jack, too. Thanks.

Wow, that was original. Never heard that one before. haha

They say it takes a long time to get to England in a rowboat, or a jet-ski, but have you ever seen girls frowning on a jet-ski?

Finally get to contribute to this thread...

2" Daystar Coil Spacer
33x12.5x17 Atturo Trail Blade MT
17x9 -12mm Raceline Defender Wheels, Satin Black
Still have a drop in the back, not coming out anytime soon.

No rubbing but I feel like I will need new arms after some time. They do sometimes hit the coil pocket going over tall speed bumps and longer sway bar end links I'm sure will help. I'm happy so far.

And what might the garbage be? I see lifted 2wd trucks in this thread. There’s your proof and info for you. With a few casual conversations in the mix. Calm yourself

Casual conversations? The thread is about pics and specs not about bs sidebar with intentional insults towards the 2wd group.

Anyways, I too came to this thread because I am about to lift my 2wd as well and this thread really disappointed.

You used 3" springs in the front instead of the 2.5" that came with the Maxtrac? And if you did where and which ones did you get ? I am looking for 3" springs for the front myself ... thank you in advance

How long have you had that 2" front spacer and which one did you get ... are you without concerns about that set up in the front? I am planning on adding a 1" or 2" inch spacer in the front and another spacer in the back to level it out .... right now I have the 7" maxtrac just the way it came out of the box but would like a little more in the front to avoid rubbing when full lock or backing into a drive way ..

Any info and links to what you have would be greatly appreciated ....

Not exactly sure which spacer it is, but any 2" spacer will do the trick...spacer has been on for a hair over 2.5 years...

also, if you want to get more lift, I would highly recommend the 3" body lift and have someone tac weld it in place...

gotta trust someone to do it on their free time though (buddy, of someone else)

I actually want a 5" Rear Coil, because you can see the squat from "most" angles...

like these lol
