What would cause the temp of the drivers vents to be warmer than the temp of the passengers vents? Charged my ac yesterday and there is a very noticeable difference.

Blend door possibly. How did you charge your ac? With one of those kits from the parts store. If so why?

I charged my ac with a set of snap op gauges, pulled a vacuum on it for about 3 hours before hand. I swapped motors in this truck last winter and had to evacuate the system to remove the compressor. I am just now getting around to charging it again.

Did you put in a new drier? Also look up the blend door problem.
