I used the "gap guards" for the front end and nothing in the rear. The inner fender wells still cover enough after the body lift. I don't recall having to remove the fender skirts. I just added the "gap guards" to the bottom of the front inner fender liners. -

I think the shifter is connected to the tranny with a cable so I don't believe that it will be an issue. -

It's the performance accessories 3" kit (P/N PA60203). It comes with the bumper relocation brackets and I added the wheel well gap guards for the front (P/N PA6627). -

Everything has been has flawless since the install. No additional squeaks,rattles or problems of any kind. I adjusted the stock exhaust tips up to match the new bumper height. Thanks for the compliments! -

I just loosened the bolts at the swivel joints that are built into the exhaust and adjusted them up to match the new bumper height. -

3" performance accessories body lift. No coil spacers or anything in the rear. Trimmed bumper with air powered cut off wheel and coated the cut area of the bumper with por 15 rust inhibitor. It's been through 2 winters and no signs of rust. -

Everything is included and installation is fairly easy. If your truck came with tow hooks from the factory you'll have to remove them for the body lift. I bought the non tow hook inserts for the front bumper to fill in the holes. I have billsteins on the front set at 2.1 with 295/65/20's on 20x9... -

Pvd vs chrome
I've had both over the years and pvd is better by far. They are just as durable and easy to clean as any wheel with a clear coat. Most pvd wheels have a 3-5 yr warranty and most chrome wheels are 1 yr max. -

Lifted Laramies
Here's mine with 20 x 9, 0 offset wheels and 295/65/20 toyo's. The edge of the tire is flush with the edge of the factory flares. -

Bilstein Level - Control Arm Failure
The stock set up uses a ball joint that is pressed in to the control arm which in some cases can fail. The higher quality control arms use ball joints that are bolted in place and are less prone to failure. You can't replace the joints in the stock set up without replacing the whole assembly... -

Covering the license plate holes in the front of a Laramie
I bought the same chrome plugs from the local home depot and they rusted real bad after one winter. So I now have stainless steel button head screws in the holes. -
