    Air suspension

I have heard of people removing springs while using our kit to help with ride quality, but I do not have any personal experience with doing so. I don't blame you for being hesitant doing it on a new truck.

    Inflating Airlift 1000 after loading?

    Um yea. 100% sure.

    Inflating Airlift 1000 after loading?

I would suggest putting a little air in the bags before loading just so the bags do not have to work so hard, then add pressure from there. Be careful starting at 40, the bags are only rated for 35psi.

    air lift 1000

You do not need spacers top and bottom. The air bags actually push out on the coil spring rather than up. If you can get me the inside diameter and height of the spring at ride height, I will see what I can find for you.

    Inflating Airlift 1000 after loading?

Personally I put about 15 psi in the bags then add the load, you can adjust from there. Let me know if you have any questions!
