    Heater help

I figure it's a blend door too. The heat is there, just not being spread evenly. I read that the door that works for the zone system is physically there in the non-zone system just not hooked up to function and it may have moved. I have been trying to find a picture that shows what door does...

    Heater help

In looking for the answer the one that keeps coming up is a clogged heater core. I don't see how a clogged core can affect only one side but I've seen several that said it worked for them. Maybe I'll try flushing it later. The other answer was a door not closing all the way or a bad actuator. I...

    Heater help

Do you have the same control in the picture I posted? If so maybe I did something wrong. I've been looking for a video but nothing so far. I do have heat working but more heat on the passenger side now. When I direct it to the dash everything is hot but when directed to the floor driver's side...

    Heater help

One more update. Today I tried the suggested reset methods but nothing seemed to happen. Then I took it out for a drive. The outside temp was 28° and before long I was turning the heat down. The sun was out and bright so that may have helped but it seems that the heater was working better. I am...

    Heater help

The blower works fine, just not very hot. The doors open and close and redirect air as they should. It's not a flow issue. Cliff

    Heater help

I don't think it's engine related coolant temp is running normal. It's something at the dash. Thanks for the help. I'll try the reset today. Cliff

I'll do that but I'm getting good airflow through the vents, it just hasn't been very warm. Cliff

    Heater help

I pulled the glove box and found the actuator that works with the temp knob. I can feel it opening and closing and it does make the heat change. I kept messing with it back and forth and the heat got better. When the weather gets better I think I'll pull it off and make sure the door works...

    Heater help

UPDATE: Well I was right, that didn't do it. I was hopeful but no luck. I did check the lines to and from the heater core and they are much too hot to touch for long do I guess the problem is under the dash. Any thoughts on what I'm looking for and where? I pulled the glove box but all I can...

We live in our RV so it's a challenge but we're hanging in there. So far, so good. Hopefully tomorrow our power and water will be back on. Cliff

    Heater help

I took a short trip today but to tell the truth I had so much going on I didn't even pay attention. No power, no water, everything freezing and running on my generator. 17° this morning and 14° tomorrow morning. Cliff

    Heater help

Mine was below the mark by about 3/4". Try adding some and let us know the result. I'll be taking a short trip Wednesday so I'll know then if mine is fixed for sure. Cliff
