    Rear Wall Vent

Man, wish I had found this thread yesterday. I did the entire replacement install and now I realized I put the stupid vents on backwards . My toddlers were in and out of the cab with me so I was slightly distracted. Took me about 3 hours with my tiny little 3/8th's ratchet too.. I'm...

    Speakers

Gonna revive this quick since it’s fairly recent. I was replacing those exhaust modulator things behind the seats and unplugged my alpine sub to clear more room for the seat bolts. Once I reinstalled everything my sub doesn’t have the same sound now. My equalizer settings are the same. Any got...

2020 Camping season.....over before it starts?

I would hope we'll be refunded for any cancelled reservations. This state takes enough of my money as it is with all the extra taxes and fees they charge. Hopefully the rest of our reservations hold up. Tent camping can be just as rewarding in my opinion. Just need a good tent!

2020 Camping season.....over before it starts?

They're still having parks open in Minnesota but all the DNR managed facilities like campgrounds are closed. I have a few reservations I already made this summer that I already paid for so I'm curious to see what ends up happening. All of mine are in June-August so hopefully things are cleared...

    8 ply for gravel roads

Those are pretty beefy too, what size are those?

    8 ply for gravel roads

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'm definitely leaning towards the KO2's after reading responses and doing a little more research. They seem to be the best bang for your buck. Sounds like a D load range (8 ply) would work fine for my needs. I don't do a ton of back roads out here in MN but...

    8 ply for gravel roads

I'm sure this has been covered but I couldn't find specifically what I'm looking for in any thread history. Looking at new tires, these would all purpose including just being a daily driver I had been looking exclusively at the Wildpeak At/3's but I didn't realize they were only a 4 ply tire...

    Guess the damage

Good news, the guy told me it would only cost about $600-$700. He even said he’d give me a mini van as a loaner lol. It’s not even worth submitting a claim to my insurance. I’d end up paying more per month in the long run once they jack up my premium!

    Guess the damage

This is what my guess is as well. I'll post the quote later and let you guys know. Thank you for your sympathy! My wife doesn't fully understand my pain like you guys do haha.

    Guess the damage

So I did a dumb thing and put a pretty sizable dent and scratch in my rear left quarter panel on Saturday. Took the trailer to the dump and got caught in some nasty, muddy terrain. Kids were with me and screaming at me in the cab. In the chaos I was backing up and jack knifed the stupid...

    Bad heater core?

So we had that awful polar vortex roll through and hit us hard a few weeks ago. I ran the truck in the -40 weather and it blew a check engine light. I threw some ISO-HEET in and that seemed to do the trick, the light turned off after a few hours. However, in the last couple of weeks I've been...

Check engine light after extreme cold

The ISO HEET must of done the trick. I got home after work last night and the engine warning turned off. Temps have gone up to 13 today and it feels like a heat wave so I'm sure that helped too. I'm going to invest in a heated battery blanket and block heater come spring time. Thanks to...

Check engine light after extreme cold

I've been keeping it at least half full, it was 3/4 full this morning.

Check engine light after extreme cold

Thanks man, I'll go buy some iso-heet. I'm sure that will help a lot actually. Yea, the windchill is the real killer. We are used to sub-zero temps in northern Minnesota but it hasn't been this cold in like 20 years. I don't know how you guys in Ontario deal with this crap! I'm definitely...

Check engine light after extreme cold

Yea, the tire pressure dropped to 29 on the front 2. I'll fill those up after work. I'll try re-seating the gas cap here in a bit and see if that does anything. Thank you!
