    Keeping it easy swaps require using a reluctor wheel the same as your current pcm. Gen 3 is 58 tooth. The good news is most if not all stroker kits can be bought with a 58 tooth reluctor.     Red changes year to year. The 11.66 @ 118mph 60' 1.77. 2800 converter, 4:10 gear, 30x10 slick, 46re w/manual valve body. Red now has 9.5 billet converter, 3:92 gear, 4" aluminum driveshaft, truckarm w/ coilovers. 31x12 slicks.

    I don't go to the track often and this last year none at all. So my data is dated.. last full pass was a 11.66 and if I remember 118mph. I up the boost and and made a partial pass and ran 1.358 60'.. blew the charge pipe. Red is a street truck and doesn't have a cage so tech always watching...

    HP Tuning imo is the only way to go. When custom tuning is wanted this is the way to go. I used Diablo CMR tuning and wanted flexability of fine tuning changes as I needed. The HPT downloaded the previous CMR tune making the new tune easy to work off of.

    3rd gen oil pressure gauge is a idiot light that looks like a pressure gauge. If the engine has minimal oil pressure the gauge will read mid range to make the operator feel good. Look it up, but I seem to remember 6psi was the cut off were it would cause the gauge to read low and give an alert...

    I have a 20 gal tank and the fill sensor set to read properly. When the low fuel light comes on I have 15 miles left if I drive very easily... around a 175 mile range.. In my case it is truely a idiot light..

    That's funny I use to use the power steering switch to up my idle on the 03 pcm. I used a rpm window switch to open and close the PS switch. Back in the day big cams and 03 pcm was a bad combo.     The cam bearings prevented the cam shaft from rotating. This sheared the cam's alignment pin. Causing the valve timing to nolonger be correct allowing the valves to contact the pistons preventing them from opening fully bending the push rods. Hopefully the bent push rods prevented the valves...

    Your nasty oil burnt the cam bearings (rear) welding it to it's bearing and broke the cam alignment pin allowing the cam to be out of time.
