9005 to 9011 HIR Projector Bulb Conversion
Yup I did this on my Rebel until I got HIDs installed. They were pretty bright. As a matter of fact, I kept them in my high beams. -

WOW.....you are still here. My 14 Sport went to dealership so many times that FCA gave me a 80k/6yr Max care warranty for free. This is a pretty ignorant statement. I'm confident that the trim level has nothing to do with quality. Are you literally saying that Ram says "f#@k it" when building a Tradesman or Express, but when a Limited comes down the line they're like "hold on boys, this is a Limited...we need to step up...- Sir John

2016 Rebel Instrument Cluster Flickering AGAIN!!
I did that day. I drove it straight to dealer on my way to work and was waiting for them to open thier doors at 7:30am. I left the truck running and brought a service advisor out so he could see it with his own eyes....none of this "cannot duplicate the issue" garbage. It doesn't seem to do it...- Sir John

2016 Rebel Instrument Cluster Flickering AGAIN!!
Well, after a year, my freaking replacement instrument cluster is now flickering too!! I do not have my dimmer turned down at all. It's on the setting where it goes bright and dim if the lights are on or off. I'm really getting sick of all of the problems between the 2014 Sport I had and this...- Sir John

Random flashing/flickering backlight on instrument cluster

For those with 32 gallon tanks
I'm not a 100% sure where you looked but my yellow label was on the back end (towards the back axle) of the gas tank and not on the "bottom". Not sure if that helps you find it. Also the label is temporary....eventually wears off.- Sir John

Just did the H11 to H9 conversion.
Appreciate the back handed insult. Yup, known about ferrite for about 35 yrs and I know exactly what they are used for and how to install them. Didn't work for me and my radio interface caused by my HIDs. -
Led headlights for 2016 Rebel w/ oem projectors??
On my 14 Sport, I did the notched/put the cover over the wires way and it was good for a couple yrs....I did get some moisture in the headlight from time to time. I had to take them out and use a hairdryer to dry them out. On my 16 Rebel, I used the grommet for my HID kit....drilled a hole in... -
Just did the H11 to H9 conversion.
I tried this "fix" on my 14 Sport with aftermarket HID radio interference and it didn't solve it. For some reason, in one of the old threads, there were a bunch of us that this didn't work for. -

I would just take the money at this point, like you already did. Since he doesn't have insurance, there isn't much the cops are going to do about it (drinking and driving) without evidence, imo.- Sir John
