Hemi tick or bad lifer or bad cam
At 63k had a tick and they replaced the manifold bolts. I had the same noise at 80,300 brought it in, they had it for a week, changed the timing chain, camshaft pully and tensioner along with some other crap that was covered under warranty. Catch can findings
could be a headgasket leak or condensation in the engine ? could try running marvel mystery oil or similar additive and see if its still happening any pictures?- Wiggleroom
