Hello everyone. I have an issue that seems to be not so common. I cant find anything similar to it on the net. Both of my key fobs will not unlock the doors. The key fob will lock and panic button works but that is it. The unlock has not life on both key fobs. Batteries have been replaced so far. Any suggestions?

Might needs new fobs. I got 2 with my '09, one works, the other - none of the buttons work, but it will start the truck. Thinking I need to get another, just not sure I'd be able to program it myself or have to get it done. The stealership charges big $$ to do it.

As long you have a similar FOB then your close button stopped working (as mine a few weeks ago).
Have a look at my fix here.

I also replaced the key fob shells with new ones but kept the same circuit board but still have the same issue. This has got me baffled.

Well, then it looks as your circuit board is the problem ...
