Anyone install an aftermarket heated seat kit in their truck yet? Perfessional install needed?? Just curious how many guys have tried it and what kit they bought?

Did it in my challenger - super easy install. Pull back the hog rings, slide in the heating pads, and wire them up.

You just buy the cheaper eBay ones?? Found kit to do both fron seats for 70-85 bucks. Thought that was a deal. May do all four seats if they work good?? Would hope Ram seats are easy like your challenger seats??

Its very easy. Pull the rings that holds the stock cover on, place the heating pad, run your wires, re install bull rings.

While you're at it might as well upgrade to leather if you dont already have it :)

It was some kit we used to sell. No idea of the brand. In theory it should be about the same. I think hardest part of routing the wires so it all looked factory.

The power under the drivers seat. It’s for the power seats. Tapped into it for my heated seats and my rear USB ports I added. Makes the install super easy. Of course I couldn’t do it the easy way. I cut and added wires to the switches and mounted them both below my radio on that little flat plate. Didn’t like how the heated seat switches were super close to seat adjustment arm on the side of the seat. Wasn’t too hard to cut and add wire to the pre made harness that came with heated seat kit. Must admit it works GREAT...snowed the next day. Me and my son our spoiled now. It’s a nice option. Think I may do rear bench when I do my Katzkin kit??
