Are you in the U.S? I heard that back up cams were mandatory on vehicles sold in the U.S. I heard wrong ?

Mine kind of pissed me off coming home from work today. So, I swore out loud at it. LOL
I went to clean the windshield, but only washer fluid came out of the driver's side. Really pissed me off. Maybe because it is cold out? But, I would assume the heat from the engine bay would have heated the hose so it could pass? Anyways,.... the other little issue I had a while back, when it was also cold out again, I tried to use my power mirror button and only the driver's side worked. It's all better now, it was a while ago and when it was cold out as well. Same side of the truck. (I repeat, the passenger side mirror does work well now. It was one day when this happened in the cold.)
I'm starting to really dislike the MDS system as well. I know it can be disabled at every start up, but I wouldn't mind the MDS system if it was loud and sounded like ****. lol
Maybe I'm just pissy today? lol I would hate to trade in the truck for a 2018 Audi RS3, which I already built on online a couple of times. (The only tough time I'm having is deciding which color. The Nardo grey or the Nargo blue?? lol)

We'll see. I love my truck, but these little "issues" really bother me. Thanks for letting me vent.

The 2000 RPM vibration is getting on my nerves. Probably amplified only by my own paranoia but it is definitely there and I feel that it shouldnt be. The rest of the truck is just about perfect, but that vibration is starting to ruin it for me.

Yeah,.....I really, really don't like it as well. You're talking about the MDS, correct?
There is a way to disable it, but it must be done every single time you take the key out of the ignition.

Unfortunately no, I wish it were the simple!

I have had some of the same chunks of ice on my hood for 3 days now. Temps not really getting over 20 and little or no sun. Engine heat isnt enough. It just wont melt lol. Could have been your issue.

Wish my sun visors would extend out, get hit with the damn sun through the side window from time to time.

Laramie shouldn’t come with plastic ‘chrome’ wheels.

Canada warranty is weak. 5 yr 100km (60k mile)

funny. Today, my interior got way too hot when I parked outside at work. Had to drive home with just a T shirt on....

just teasing. I definitely don't miss the snow and ice. Grew up in Rochester NY with the "lake effect snow" that would bury our truck overnight. If Michigan is any thing like NY, that ice chunk may be waiting on that dang ground hog.

Lol. Hot interior, Jesus. :D

I just thank the technology gods that I have remote start with auto heated seat and wheel. In the AM going to work it is COLD out there. Even through clothes the leather feels like sitting on a block of ice if you don't pre heat it at these temps lol.

Now I can add something I don't like which I just thought of. The passenger seat doesn't pre heat or cool with remote start and I have to listen to the wife complain. Why no pre heat or cool on the passenger seat Ram?

Man, that wicked sucks. I hope you get it resolved quickly.
Good luck.

Maybe, but I don't think so. There is no snow or ice on the truck at all, it's just cold out. Maybe it is just the cold, but it should still work.
I tried it this morning before and after going to the bank, with no luck. Maybe tomorrow? lol

Is it the mirror that still isn't working or the fluid nozzle? If there's no ice on the vehicle than yeah it's prob not frozen. I have had my mirrors fold in before even when caked in ice. They hesitated and made some awful noise but still worked.

I agree, a $50,000 truck should have chrome "chrome" wheels - or at the very least - highly polished aluminum.
When I first read about the plastic, about a week ago, I had to check my truck - sure enough........freakin' plastic!

Yeah I was a bit disappointed when I found out what "chrome clad" really meant. I figured it was some type of chrome plating over the wheels, not plastic.

On the other hand, the plastic is easier to take care of than real chrome :)

If I'm not mistaken, it is "real" chrome...

It’s amazing how many people don’t know that these “Chrome” wheels are actually plastic h ah ah a. I bought some chrome clad for last truck and people laughed at me. Boy did it feel good when I told them the 50K they’re driving has the same things. Felt damn good. Jokes on us! Most companies do this now. Probably the best wheels for mopar are the sport wheels. Black and polished.

The mirror works now. It just didn't work that one day. That was last year sometime during the winter as well. No problems with it ever since then. Thank God.
Yesterday, the washer fluid was not shooting out the nozzle on the passenger side. I checked it again today before and after going to the bank. There is zero snow or ice on the truck.
Hopefully it warms up a little this weekend and I'll take a look under the hood to see what's up. Maybe just a loose hose?
