Service airbag 2016 ram 1500

Going down the bumpy ass road to my house and service air bag pops up in the evic, then goes away about 10 seconds later. Any one have this issue and should I worry about it?

Look into the T25 recall.

Andrea, I appreciate the help, ran my vin and it's not showing any recalls, I'll keep an eye out, if it pops up again I'll take it to the dealer and give you a heads up. Thanks for the help.

I would have the dealer check under warranty. Might even have a stored code.

i have a 2015 1500, my air bag dummy lights came on as well, service airbags, took to dealer a week ago to get fixed, they set the bags off, so now I wait , still not sure the issue, but im without my truck for awhile sounds like ,

My truck does random message that says “service vehicle air bag system” have an appt at dealer in a couple weeks. Not under warranty but dealer I bought it from is going to cover it. Lucked out did it on my ride home from buying it and called them. Didn’t do it for a month, then drove it 30 miles Other day and it popped up every single mile. Message icon shows up then eventually goes away. It’s sooooo intermittent...Mine is a 13 with 40k. Bought it used from Toyota dealership. Dodge instantly said wasn’t covered under warranty. So guess i’ll Find out in few weeks. Hasn’t done it in over a week and no message icon right now?
