I have a 2010. I turn the key to the "ON" position, without the engine running and press the fuel pedal 4 times and the message goes away. Possibly the same for you. Give it a try.

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position (Do
not start the engine.)
2. Fully depress the accelerator pedal, slowly, three times
within 10 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF/LOCK position.

Look around page 270. (least that's where it is for my 2013 OM)
It should be in "Understanding Your Instrument Panel" under EVIC information.

So after you reset oil change when does it know when to come on next time?
MEANING is there a way to set it to say change at 3000 miles or 6000 miles etc?
As every one has a different oil change times

There's no way to change when it comes on. They say it's determined by how you drive but every one I've had just came on at the recommended interval- 6,000 or 8,000 miles, etc.
