I have a 2017 5.7 limited crew cab. This is probably been asked, but can you run E85 fuel? I never have I’m just wondering if I can/should.

As far as I know these trucks are not tuned to run on E-85, not saying you cant but it will run lean on it.
Myself I would pass as it wont serve you any good anyway.

Like I said I have not used it, and I don’t intend to. I was just curious if they were capable of it. I’m not a ethanol fan at all.

No, the 5.7 is gas only, I'd say E15 max. The way I understand it in order to run E85 there's alot more to it than just filling it up. E85 or flex fuel vehicles have special materials in their gas tanks, fuel pumps, and fuel lines to make them E85 capable.

Although it may not entirely destroy the entire fuel system the pump would be dead in quick order and the injectors would probably not like it. It does tend to attract water so there is the likelihood of fuel line corrosion from it.

It's biggest benefit is going to be turbo or super charged applications. Outside of that just avoid it.

e85 delivers less mpg than e10 while it would cost a few pennies less to fill ,you will spend more dollars per mile.
from a greenie point it takes more energy to produce cornahol then it produces
hemi's run on recycled dinosaurs and this year America will recycle more dinosaurs than Saudi arabia THANKS PRESIDENT TRUMP
