I contacted my local dealer to ask if a leveling kit would void my warranty, his answer was NO as long as I used a mopar leveling kit. Honestly whats the difference between mopar and tuff country spring spacer? I have a 2500 6.4 hemi truck.
Thanks in advance

Call back the dealer and ask him what’s the biggest size tire/wheel you can install and not void warranty

There's not much, if anything at all, different. The dealer's response was part of their prepared script and is part of FCA's warranty policy.

I just put the level kits on and run 'em. Never had a problem.

I didn't figure there was an actual difference in them, basically an upsale to make a profit for their kit and $300 install.

your dealer is wrong, no lift/level kit will void a warranty. whoever you spoke with either was given bad information or was just trying to sell parts & service.

From what I have gathered, if they're ******* they can void any/all of your warranty at anytime if they choose to do so. Especially suspension warranty if you've altered the suspensin In any way. That not true?

Just put on a level kit. Chances are they won’t even notice it when you have it in for service.

I'm 99% sure Mopar doesn't even have a kit for the HD trucks any more. They stopped offering it in 2013 or so when they revised the frame and beefed up some other things. As well as changes to the front springs and isolators.

Also, if they voided your entire warranty because of a leveling kit you could probably take legal action. They have a right to refuse to honor your warranty if the failed part is due to the mod.
