When I swapped out my rear springs for TT-1223v, I also added 1" poly spacers. The truck was level side to side before the change out, now the left is 1/2" lower. It's not much, but it's driving me nuts. I'm considering new spacers, and making one of them shorter than the other. Any reason I shouldn't do this?

Try swapping the springs and see if that takes care of the problem??? It's pretty common that Ram trucks don't sit even from drivers side to passenger side.

I swapped springs to the ttc 1211 and have the same problem. Truck now sits lower on drivers side. Tried swapping sides, still low. Went back and looked at factory coils and the drivers rear coil appears to be longer than passenger side. Ttc coils are same length. Trying to find a 1/2” spacer to level it out.

the gas tank is on the drivers side thats why it leans. I just keep my toolbox in the bed on the passenger side and it stays level with ttc-1211 coils. As said before ram compensates by making the drivers side coil differently from factory.

I think I'm going to find a spacer to fix it. It's driving me farkin crazy!

On edit: Since I've got the bed loaded with sand bags for the winter, I tried moving them around and it didn't make a difference. I will make a point of measuring before I fill the gas tank next time.
