1991 360 no power no idle

Hey just picked up a not running 1991 w250
installed cap an roter now it’s running
starts easy with my foot partially on gas peddle
drive around dosent seem to have much power getting codes 12,45,37,35 ,55
Checked timing tdc and points to number 1
Help only other dodge I have owned was an 86 w100 and it ran flawless .

shouldn't need to have your foot on the gas to start it. best to reset the computer and run it for a bit again. none of those codes should really effect how it runs

Reset ran. same codes minus 35. Going to rent a fuel pressure tester. It drives like its not getting gas. Or surges

So idleing fuel pressure is 24-26 anyone think it might be catalic converter? truck revs good upon driving it only goes 35-45 mph

the cats on these things don't usually clog too easily. i would almost be wondering if it was a sensor like the hall effects sensor or the TPS. you could try removing the oxygen sensor and see if you can get it moving faster but i doubt it will

Replaced tps and pickup in distributor.
Cleaned throttle body
Test drive pretty much the same although it had moments I thought it would take off but just reved then choked.
Wouldn’t pull up a slight hill just stoped kept running just chugged up the hill I have run out of ideas
