They don't list them for the 3rd gen trucks.
I knew the grill guard would be a harder find. Honestly, it's the one I'm more worried about. And your find wasn't anywhere close. The big point of the guard I posted was no headlight "wings" or **** directly in front of the grill.Hood: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/kre-ghd-105d/overview/year/2005/make/dodge/model/ram-1500
Not sure on the grill guard. The only thing similar I found was this: http://cattlemanhd.com/product/dodge-grille-guard-1215p/

I used google in the first place and none looked good except the above or an underbite bar. Or a police style one made for 4g rams with light bar inserts. Most grill/brush guards are going to come with the headlight guards. A vast majority of them are removable. I knew the point of you asking was to find the one without the headlight wings. I was looking at the overall shape. They are similar, that's about it. Find one you like and call/email the manufacturer to see if you can get one without the parts you don't like. You should try saying thanks next time or learn how to use google search functions and do your own research...
Something is odd with those pics... to me, the hood looks like a glassed on scoop. The bull bar is very odd because, the center badge or whatever is FAR from centered as well as the bottom cross bar. Now he could habe a bent frame, but it looks real odd to me
