Well and 08 has a lot more value than an 05, and im willing to bed they dont have half the body damage yours has, and not to mention they get the higher price cause they will finance them

Why do they have more value? Does the same hold true for the 06 and/or 07? Of not, why?

Kmon man, a newer truck will always hold more value than an older one, 3 years is 3 years

Plus more people prefer the 06+ front end

Just wondering if there was any special reason. After all, of you didn't pay much more than 7 for your 13, why and how the **** does an 08 go for 9??

I paid cash, money talks at a dealer, when you finance you are in their court, when you throw cash down its a guaranteed sale so they will kiss your ass, but a dealer can sell it for whatever they want because the majority of car buyers look at the monthly payment and not the overall price....

But in 06+ they started adding more features in that generation

Snow melted away and now it started dumping. Supposedly 8 inches over night so if all goes well tomorrow I'll have a snow day and be able to get lots of truck work accomplished! That's what I'm praying for lol [emoji41]

Yay snow day! I’ll probably get rained out for the rest of the week also. Trying to sell one transmission to a guy in West Virginia, buy a spare set of cylinder heads off Facebook, and maybe buy the correct transmission for my truck. Should be a busy week

Market is high for everything right now. I paid less than that from a dealer for my 04in 2010 w/ 56k miles.

His 13 is pretty much a base model.. RCSB v6 Truck an it was high mileage. Can’t compare Texas truck market to Florida. An like demon said your truck isn’t near 7k.
