I put some in and get occasional "bulb out" msgs, but haven't bothered to look for a better solution. Flicker is one thing; bulb out is another. If the police want to get picky, they can pull you over the bulb out.

I bought 2 canbus cheap amazon leds, says Philips led, but is generic name brand. So far only thing I notice is when truck is off, they stay on dim for about 5 minutes then shut off.

That happens with my Cargo Area lights that I put CANBUS LEDs into. I think they also stay on when truck is running. I haven't confirmed that yet. I might swap these back out to halogens as I do eventually plan on putting a bunch of bed lights in.

Anyone have any luck with LED’s in a 2018? I’ve been unlucky so far. Bulb out and flickering have become more of a frequent problem. Now I have the regular old bulbs in
:(

I have been using the Auxito 194 led bulbs without any issues for the past 3 months. $20 CAN for a 10 pack off Amazon.

I bought an led third brake light that the white cargo lights stayed dimly lit when driving. I had to wire in resistors to solve the problem. Works fine now.

These worked without errors in my 2014, but when I had them, they had a high failure rate (about 50% after less than 6 months). Hopefully they work better for you.

My current "trial" is with these units here. So far, its been almost six months of bitter winter, and no issues. They fit in the Rambox light spaces and license plate light spots well.

For my reverse lights, I used these (although they are no longer available). Almost two years now without any issues, still going.

Bought a pair of Philips LED 921 bulbs for my cargo lights. No issues, again almost two years and still going. However, they have since changed the design, so cannot comment on the current "model" of Philips LED bulbs.

Was totally expecting these to be cheap and do that.. But I ran two in the cargo and license plate for along time and surprisingly never had any issues!

Doing the same on my 17 Big Horn. KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!!
