First post, so ill try not to sound like a total noob. ordered, installed and had alignment preformed. so my issue is I bottom out over speed bumps when my upper control arm rebounds under tension and hits hard on the spring cup. I was told at the time of ordering to install longer shocks, so I did. Now that ive been researching how to correct the issue, I'm getting conflicting info. So on my model truck was the factor length shock long enough for full suspension travel? or was the longer shock still required. if so is my only fix a full 4 inch lift? I have less than 2 inches clearance between resting position of the control arm and the spring cup, so I'm worried that ill rather soon break my upper ball joint free from the high impact and high tension its holding. please help.
