Common reasons check engine light comes on in 2015 ram 5.7 hemi with 69000 mi

Potentially lots of reasons for a code. Plug misfire, dirty throttle body (sensor code) plugged up EGR or PCV valve, O2 sensor, etc.... It's gonna be hard to nail it down without getting the code.
I'd go to a Pep Boys or other auto parts store. They usually scan error codes for free. When they scan it, ask for the printout. From there, post up the codes they give you here and we can go from there.
