Of course they are gonna say no one has had any problems! Costs a ton to change jigs. I agree, moving a tube 3/4” is completely out of the realm. Thats crazy. Did they say they will pay to send em back, and mail you a new set at least?
I bought them at summit racing, and yes they will return the money back also for the shipping too. I don't know if I want the same ones. Got the truck down for two weeks already. The old manifolds are warped already, I might just take the old ones to a shop to cut them straight so they wouldn't leak.

Dyno tuning is the best way to go. Every truck is different. Datalogging is nice, but i feel dyno tuning is more accurate.

some vary as much as 10 lbs per tire.

Nobody puts 35's on their vehicle to go fast or save gas. There's usually a good reason a similar sized tire is heavier, like having a tough 3-ply sidewall or being a E rated tire for a higher load capacity or a hard rubber compound that will last 40-50k miles. Need to figure out why you actually want the bigger tires and go from there. If you're going to be doing any off-roading, then you don't want a weak sidewall. If you're going to be towing, then you want a decent load capacity, etc.
