looking to replace the toolboxin my truck, but can't find one that fits

I want to replace it, but every one I look at sits too high to fit under my bed cover. Looking for 18-21" deep, 26-36" wide, but the hard one is max 18.25" tall. Looking for something fairly HD since the tools will bounce around and break the rails off a cheap one, but not the snap on or Mac price. One that has the front flap that covers the drawers would be ideal. Been looking for the past year or so with no luck, but maybe somebody on here knows a brand or better yet a model of box I haven't seen.

I checked through the 27 boxes Lowe's carries and the only ones low enough are the shallow depth ones. I've been carrying my tape measure into most of the auto parts, hardware stores and industrial suppliers with no luck. The craftsman I have was a fluke and their new boxes are taller. It's a bit light duty anyways as I've had to reinforce it in all the drawers and the lid as it kept collapsing. If I found the same one I'd probably just go after it with aluminum flat bar and a rivet gun and fix the weak spots and go with the same box. Still nothing back from the beach supplier, but I'm hopeful. I can't go back to a regular toolbox and digging through it man!

For the price it would be a good way to go if I give up and settle for a smaller box since an extra cart under the bench for organizing stuff in the garage would be a bonus. Might have to scour craigslist around me for a used one as the older boxes had lower tops. The new high end ones mostly have the high lids like my home box has. Way nicer as all the power tools and the charger fit in it, but for this application not so much.
